I was always very sensitive to energy!
It took me SOOO many years to understand the difference between energy and anxiety.
We certainly aren't taught anything in school about our energy body, never mind how to manage this very important aspect. AND trust me, it can wreak havoc on your life!

As a child I was "TOO SENSITIVE". When I finally realized that EMPATHS are not just fun characters on Star Trek, I still had no idea what to do about it. Growing up Christian, I felt like the information I needed was taboo, yet I couldn't ignore the magical nudges guiding me towards this path.
When I bought my first pack of Tarot cards at 19, I had no idea that it would turn into a career.
It's hard to believe that I've been doing readings for 25 years! I started to add healing to my readings in 2008 when my angels told me to start using crystals on people. Then the energy work began, and slowly it became front and center to my practice. Now I’ve done over 2,000 healing sessions!

One of the most important lessons I've learned along the way is that we're all spiritual beings living inside human bodies. It's VITAL that we understand how to take care of them both to FEEL GOOD!
